"1. Not enough registers opened. 2. Clearance racks were very crowded, which made it hard to shop. 3. The 50% off entire purchase coupon should work on Doorbusters, too. There is so much merchandise and it ends up on the floor getting stepped on or run over by the cart. Move it on..that would be a win-win situation! 4.Gift cards with bonus cash should be promoted with every purchase. Another win-win!"

"1. During the Christmas Season, I would think there would be more associates available to assist customers more efficiently.2. The extra 50% off coupon should work with clearance, also. The racks were loads with items and it made it difficult to get clothing. At times several items would come off at the same time. Offering the 50% additional may help move the items more quickly. It would also reduce the number of items that fall on the floor;therefore decreasing the chance of them being stepped on or being run over by a cart. 3. My daughter and I spent the day shopping. It was a downer to find out that the exta 50% did not work with clearance--we always shop the sales and love getting a bargain."
