"They store was not very busy and I stood at the register in the department that I was shopping. An associate in plain view ignored my standing at the register after looking my two or three times. I finally walked over to her and ask if I could pay for my purchase ( that if it had not been on sale I would have left at the register and exited the store) and she pointed a bit snippy when I could not see the register from where I was stand and said you can pay for it there. The person at this register was very friendly and helpful. I have experienced before that the younger associates ignore older persons. But, Goody's does have good sales and because of convenience of where I live I will shop sales at this Goody's again--only sales."

"The store carries a wide variety of merchandise at various sizes and styles. You can find quality merchandise at deeply discounted prices. This value however does come at a cost as the dressing rooms look like a Texas tornado just blew through, disorganization of clearance merchandise and your lucky to find an associate to check you out. So if you have half a rainy day with nothing to do and a Xanax to pop for the claustrophobia you should visit this store."
"My cashier Melissa was very kind and nice. I had a $10 coupon to use and she directed me in the areas that could be used. However, I think the store needs to rethink digital coupons as a lot of patrons at this store do not have the capabilities to download the coupons."

"My shopping experience was very pleasant. Today is my birthday and I used my $10.00 gift coupon that I received in the mail from Goody's(very nice), used my $5.00 payback reward, all my purchases were on sale or clearance, one item was free. Shopped for my self and my granddaughter. When a sales associate over heard her say that she was having her senior pictures made the next day, the associate said make an appointment and I will do your makeup(Estee Lauder products) free and no purchase necessary What a service! Associates through out the store greeted us. The dressing rooms and rest room was clean. Items were nicely displayed. We shopped at the Danville, KY store."
"the day I went they had several doorbuster items on sale and I was lucky enough to find a pair of shoes that was one of those items. I have a small foot so I really have a hard time finding shoes I like that will be in my size. I was lucky that day to find a nice pair at a good price."
