"I love this store but find that most visits there is always a wait at the checkout. This visit was at least a 20 minute wait in order to purchase this ONE item. I know it is Christmas but this was not OK."

"There aren't very many associates at this store available to help...usually you have to WAIT to check out, tho today I did not...there were two employees with their carts and merchandise blocking the entire aisle, and when I walked up to get to the register, neither acknowledged me nor moved...I ended up going thru the clothes to find the register...the registers are not in good locations...it's a main aisle, so if you're waiting in line, there is nowhere to go but into the clothes then people have to try and get thru the line, not smart!"
