Gave her a coupon book and discounts coupon for tomorrow sales.when my turn came I asked did she have any coupons for me to use on my merchandise she said no. I said I had an email for 25 percent off but she said it wouldn't work on doorbuster items. I said ok but at the end of my sale she didn't give me a coupon book. I'm thinking about returning my merchandise because of the way I was treated."

"There was one register open with a ridiculously long line. I found an employee at another register and she told me that she couldn't ring me up, and pointed me to the one register that was open, or told me I could check out in cosmetics. I had already checked cosmetics and couldn't find an employee there. If it hadn't been for the fact that my daughter had picked this gift out for my mom, I would have left. I guess she could tell I was not happy, because then she decided she could ring me up."
