"I went thru Kelsie's line. She was very sweet and helpful. She made my day better. She even went out of her way to try and help me with the makeup counter. ( the makeup counter person wasn't there, this is the third time I've been there and the makeup counter person wasn't there, apparently she only comes a few times a week.) There were tons of clearance items, which is great, but there wasn't any new products for the season. The Levi's Jean's only went to size 14, very frustrating. This the only high end retail store we have."

I told the young lady 1962 and I didn't realize until today she didn't scan the correct code so I didn't receive the full amount off my purchase that I should have. Since I only had 2 items it wasn't enough to be upset about still feel like I got a good deal."

"The 1st associate, had to be fairly new because she was not familiar with products. she had to ask someone else in order to answer my questions. I wanted CLINIQUE Happy Heart. I asked for the promotional gift that Clinique was offering, she paged someone, a male and female showed up and I had expressed that I thought it was a full sized item and some smaller items like a display they had. The male cut me off and said, No, No, No, we have never offered anything like that. I said to him, I didn't mean to be RUDE ( bringing attention to his attitude) and Never rec'd an apology from him. Just an Oh No, your wrong attitude. I was only asking a question and useing the display as an example. Then I was told they had run out of the promotional items from the salesgirl and him also. The sales girl was very nice and tryed to help, but again was Not knowlegable. I then went to the counter to sample some other purfumes but was waiting for assistance and 2 other customers were standing there also to be waited on. Finally one of the customers reached over the counter and rang the bell, at that time two female sales assoc. came. I was very disappointed in the attitude of themale and female assoc. who came to assist the one who was waiting on me. I was a GOODY'S Employee in the 70's Mr Goodfriend and his son Bob, would not have approved of this. I walked out of that store very upset. I think in the future I will drive a little futher or shop online { which is what took place anyhow} before going bak to the store in Jacksboro, TN."
