"I don't know what stage is but I would like to tell you about MY experience the last two times i came to your store. The previous time I came into your store to purchase Clinque make-up, it took forever before someone noticed me and when I asked if there was anyone to help me at the make-up counter I was told by your associate that she was at lunch. I then asked if anyone else could help me and she told me NO!!!!! Can you believe this. Well I went back on Saturday to buy make-up again and this time one of your associates was very busy carrying on a conversation with someone else and ignored me until I approached her. It turns out the lady she was carrying on a conversation with was another associate. However, she wasn't dressed like a store employee. She was dressed very unprofessional to be working at a retail store. I, as a money paying customer, should not have to hunt down someone to help or assist me each time I come into your store. I don't know who the store manager is, but whomever it is, is not doing a very good job to allow their co-workers to drss very unprofessional and to have the cell phone in their back pockets in their very very tight pants. I only come to shop when I have to, but I will go right past your store and I will tell everyone I see about my very rude service at your store. I'm sure Mr. Goodfriend wouldn't be very happy to know a store that he built on excellent customer service is treating customers this way.SignedA VERY UNHAPPY NEVER TO RETURN CUSTOMERp.s. too many questions on your survey. "My friend is here visiting and had never been to a goody's store before. She received a gift card for Christmas but doesn't have a store in her area so on our first day out we came to your store to shop. We had the rudest experience at checkout that I had ever been a part of. My friend said she didn't have loyalty with the store because she doesn't have one in her area and wanted to skip the phone number prompt on the screen. The associate literally smirked, grunted, and ROLLED HER EYES at us. I've worked in retail for many years and as a manager I would want to know if one of my employees had treated a customer this way. Although I made only a small purchase I wish I would have just put it back. Associate name on receipt says Sandra. I just thought this should be brought to your attention. Her attitude was mind blowing to say the least."
