"There was a sign in the home department that stated if you bought 2 items you would receive a percentage off and if you bought 3 items you would receiver more percentage off, I asked the young lady and she said that sale is not going on anymore, it ended last week. I was also in there last week and had the same response and I told the associate last week she needed to remove the sign, I also told this associate today she needed to remove the sign and she had no response, so I told her that I would remove the sign for them so nobody else would be mislead. So the other associate snuck over to the sign and tore it off. Now, technically I should have gotten the percentage off because the sign was there and it stated that I would receive it. But that won’t be a problem any longer because I have seen how this business does things and when it changes to gordman’s I will not shop there either."

"It's okay. Their coupon policy is what gets me most. They send coupons you can't use because of their stipulations. It's funny to see them make item spot on values when they have a sale, when the item wasn't one before the sale. When you have rewards and coupons, they take the rewards off first leaving you to pay more than if the reward was applied after the coupons. My store it's hard to find an associate, when you do they don't know anything. Nothing is arranged neatly. Lots of items have no price. I could go on, but really this store needs an overhaul and proper training of people."

"The store is a mess from top to bottom. While I was shopping I noticed the cashier had quite a Line forming of people wanting to check out. She asked laura to help and Laura told her to page someone else. (Shellie I believe) and the lady quickly came up and began ringing people up. The other girl finally paged for Laura as well, because there were so many people. I had got in line at this point. When Laura finally came up there she was more worried about shotting daggers with her eyes at the young woman who called her up there and had the nerve to complain about the associates to the customers. I purchased my items and left. I hope with the opening of the new store, you get better managment. That lady was a JOKE."
