"I love to come in and see your new manager Gary. He is always very nice to me and my family. He showed us a lot of perfumes today cause I was looking to buy a gift for my niece. After he found out her age and stiff she liked he showed me several. I liked two of them, and finally decided on one. He was very patience. He rd me about getting a goody card and I tried. But my ex husband ruined my credits. But my Gary tried anyways. When I got turned down, he encourage me to try again in a couple of months. I'm always happy when I leave this store. "Generally, I dislike retail clothes shopping. That said,the Goody's in Madison, GA is the exception. This store is always clean, organized, well stocked and full of sales that fit even my budget. On top of that, the sales associates are the friendliest, most respectful (of themselves and the customer), knowledgeable and helpful I have ever dealt with. In today's age of 'I'm only here for a pay check' associates, these men and women stand out. The quality of the merchandise, which is also excellent, comes in second place compared to the associates. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have a bigger selection of Men's Big and Tall merchandise, but to their credit for a small town store, they at least HAVE a Big and Tall selection; most don't."
