"I located items I needed on my own. Found fitting room easily, it's a little outdated, but worked. More staff needed desperately, especially for check out and in store to help customers. One associate was on her cell phone, looked at the line I was waiting in, it was the only open line to check out,she turned away and walked off still talking on her phone! I felt sorry for the lady having to handle all of the customers by herself, while her co-worker ignored all of us in line and her. It was tough watching this blatant display of poor teamwork."
