"Overall my visit was good because of the manager.He is always friendly & helpful. The majority of associates are also very friendly. However the associate that waited on me (an older lady) is not cut out for the sales associate role she can do the job but just not customer service oriented.I’ve had to wait on her finish browsing/shopping for items before she comes to the register to check me out.On the day of this purchase the lady in front of me said she had to run back out to her car & get something & for the cashier (the older lady) to wait on me.When I gave the lady my things to check out she said she had to wait on the other lady to return & she hadn’t even began ringing her items up.She started ringing up the items after I gave her my items.And then when the lady came back inside she even mentioned that she was surprised that the lady hadn’t waited on me & the others waiting in line.To put it kindly, the associate is stubborn a stuck up. She’s the reason for my low assoc scores."

"I was disappointed with the price of my purchases.. I bought 2 Ruby Rd. Shirts for my mom, and 3 baby gifts..The shirts I bought were both the same brand and style .. one I received a 50% off and the other was full price. It was located on a different rack.. I did wonder if it was on sale.. I looked and saw the 50% off sign on the top of the rack and said ok good it’s on sale.. my disappointment came when I check out.. and my purchases totaled more than I expected.. the cashier informed me to get the discount I would have to download the coupon. I have not shopped at this store in several years. And I did not understand this marketing practice. I was very tired by the time I checked out and I did continue with my purchases because I liked them.but it will be awhile before I shop here again if I do. I will tell my friends to be aware of the Marketing practice at this store.."
"Racks and shelves of merchandise are too close together. Gives one a claustrophobic feeling. Difficult to move in some areas without bumping into something."

"Overall a great experience; however, my member card number is shared with another woman (whom I've never known). EVERY time I shop, the associate asks me if I am myself or the other lady. When I tell her to please take the other lady off of my account, the associate confirms this with me. However, every time I print a receipt, it has the other woman's name for the rewards on it. I don't understand what needs to happen to actually get this woman's name off of my account."
"Prices are confusing. Had to go to checkout to understand the Buy one get another 1/2 off offer. Salesperson said that only applies to items that end in the #8. How would I know that?"
