"Other than the Birthday $10 birthday card and the manager telling me I could not stack promotions and get the sale price on my other items I wanted to purchase. I could only use my birthday card promotion OR get the sale price. Bottom line -- Is it true the B'Day promotion card is counted as a discount? I thought is was a like a gift card!!!"
