"On the day I was in the store for a return the lady at the desk was not happy to be there and it showed, not friendly at all. That was my first time seeing her but will not allow her to wait on me again. Bad attitude. Normally the associates are all very pleasant but not her. Her name shows on my receipt as Marisa not sure if that's correct."
"Pleasant. It was difficult to view the merchandise because of the huge amount and number of hanging clothing. The store, however, does a magnificent job displaying merchandise. The store is very small and would have been very wise to include the adjoining vacant store in the present store lease; this would have really made a great size store, allowing all departments to have a decent area."
