"An off duty associate was more helpful to me than the associates who were. As I stated earlier, one did not really want to be bothered with me at all. She didn't even look at me. The associate at the register couldn't be bothered with explaining something to me, handed me a coupon pack and told me to see if there was something I could use. Not the best customer service by on the clock employees. Again I would like to say that Beth the off duty employee was very helpful. She was shopping for her family, yet she took the personal time to help mine!"

"This was my first visit to this store in Ozark. I went into the store to purchase some sandals and I was greeted by Jamie, the store manager, she asked if she could help me and I told her yes that I was looking for sandals. She took me right to the sandals. She checked the price for me also. She was my cashier at the checkout also. She checked to see if I could use the coupons that I had for my purchases. I was extremely pleased with the awesome service that Jamie provided. I will definitely visit again when I am in the area."

"I absolutely love Goody's. They carry the brand of jeans that I like at a price I can afford. I hope this store and other Goody's stores stay open in the Southern states. It would be horrible to lose this store. The only drawback was the dressing rooms. I couldn't lock the door I was in and they were dingy and not many places to hang up the clothes I was trying on. I think corporate should renovate the dressing rooms for this store. I hope this store stays in business. It's one of my favorites."
