"Store was just updated. Houseware Dept was filled with great items. Would like to recognize the young man that waited on me. He saw where my hand had started to bleed due to my car keys scratching it. He got a band-aid & applied it to my cut. He also cleaned the cut. I was so touched with his kindness. A Model employee! "As far as general experience, I'd say good but some areas need work. Sometimes there is a wait to checkout. You can't always find an associate throughout the store. I had an appointment today so I didn't wait. The cosmetic department is awesome. Those ladies are always ready to answer any questions that I may have. I have ordered online to be shipped to the store. Online ordering seems to take a very long time to get to the store. All in all, I enjoy going to my local Goody's to shop."
