"As I mentioned above in survey question 33, my experience with your store today was unpleasant due to the fact the associate in customer service did not want to take the time to look for my items, I had received emails stating that all 5 of my orders were now ready for pickup and the associate insisted that only 3 of my orders were available for pickup, after repeated requests for her to please look again for my other items, she finally took the time to look through the other packages and find the remainder of my items. Very frustrating because this individual just seemed like she was too sorry to look further. I'm sorry for commenting like this but it was really a very unpleasant visit to your store today"

"Rude staff. There was no one around me to ask for assistance. I was never greeted. I didn’t know there were baskets until I checked out. Unless you have your hair fixed and makeup on, don’t bother going in. They will make you feel like you don’t belong in there and treat you like a thief- even if you have more money than they make working there in a year."

I also like shopping Stage stores online, especially on days that I just don't want to go out. The associates are helpful, going out of their way to help me stretch my dollars, and there is a huge selection of clothing, accessories, and shoes from which to choose."
