"I have always loved the store. The person who waited on me at the register was rude and not even able to complete the action. Told me that my gift card was no good. When I asked to speak to his boss he told me she would say the same thing. The manager rang up my sale. She use my gift card and there is no problem. She was polite and helpful. The young man was rude had no idea how to ring a sale. If you were going to hire people like this man I can understand why you're going out of business. If you were my employing I would have fired him on the spot. I have owned 2 businesses and would not tolerate the way he treated me as a customer."
