"The store was a mess. The counter at the fitting room was piled high with clothes, and the hanging rack provided at the fitting rooms was stuffed full. There were multiple home decor items that had no tags. The clearance items were not clearly separated from other items, unless it was just because the tags did not indicate sale prices. I found a couple of skirts in the longer style that fit petites, which was the main reason I came in, but did not find the big men's section. The only associates that I saw were the 3 ladies at the checkout, who were busy with a long line of people. On a busy weekend, such as back-to-school, there were not nearly enough staff or checkouts. I do not like the way everyone if herded through one check-out line, because it makes it look very daunting. I almost left without a purchase because of the long line, until I realized that there were several large families in line, and so they would move through in bunches. More checkout registers, with multiple lanes (like Walmart) would be an improvement, and especially at busy times, more staff to keep the store neat would be a big plus to me. I spent just as much time hanging up clothes on the floor and sorting sizes as I did shopping and trying on clothes."

"Cashier was extremely slow. She did say hi and asked how my day had been but we waited about 5 minutes for her to finish with a person in front of us. When she got to us she just moved unbelievably slow. She finally called for back up and her peer completed 2 transactions while she was still assisting us. I purchased 3 items. Her peer was able to quickly get through the line while still asking about your rewards program, credit card and normal chat. The cashier I had “Angelina” should not be on a register."
