There is NO ONE available to ask questions of, so I would have to go to the register and either **** in front of someone or wait in line to ask a simple question. As I said above, it would be great if, when there were a line of customers to check out, an associate would come from within the store to man a register (3 with lights on, only one associate working)."
"This store looked very bleak. My first impression when I walked through the doors was that something was off, as though it is about to permanently close. Also, the staffing seemed inadequate, only one person at the register and it took quite a while before another cashier came to assist."
"There is an odor of moth balls or cleaning solution upon entering the store which gives me a headache. The restrooms also stink like urine and are not clean."

"I don't like Gordman's as much since the new ownership. The clothes are not as stylish. The selection of jewelry and sandals is next to nothing now. The clothes, shoes, and purses seem poorer quality than before."
"There was one checkout associate. Two women making a transaction who were arguing about rewards and coupons and applying for a credit card. Three of us made up the line waiting. The checker finally finished and continued a personal conversation with the two women for another several minutes. This became extre.ely frustrating. When I got to the register the checker stopped working every time she talked and was simply not efficient about her job."

"I always like to shop at Gordmans I would love for one to be put in my area. My 15 year old granddaughter loves to shop there too. She always spends her birthday money there and gets lots of bargains. It's just shoes that's lacking, they never seem to have small womens sizes to fit her and that frustrates her. She wears a 4."
