"When the store first opened and for a while after the shopping experience was great from staff to cleanliness etc. I used to shop there 2-3 times a week because i loved going into the store. i wish i had done more reviews then and maybe things would not have changed so much. the set up now with the clothes is like shopping at a neighborhood second hand store. there is nothing wrong with that type of store but i thought gordmans was a different type. everything is everywhere and so difficult to find i have realized i go less and less to your store. if that isnt bad enough, now you have to go through an obstacle course to get to a register. from no clear start of a waiting line to being closed in by all the extra items for sale i feel claustrophobic standing in line. its bad enough to go through the course then to have people all around you while you are standing in line is just too much to deal with. and there are not ever enough associates now ever at the register or out in the store to even ask a question of. also, i had other receipts for surveys that will not work and it hadnt been 7 days. I hope some or all of these things changed for the better. ill try to go back but im not sure when i will. just too much of a negative affect."

"Overall I was disappointed with my trip to Gordmans. It’s used to be a great store. It used to be organized and clean and look professional. Now it reminds me of going to a goodwill store or a rummage sale. It’s such a shame that these stores have fallen so far. I can’t imagine they will be around much longer."
