I was unhappy when I got home this evening and one of the items on my receipt was not in any of my bags, and I called but there is no ability to leave a voicemail. I will be calling in the AM to get the issue resolved."

"The cashier Marietta checked me out for a dress. I declined her offers to become a member, for the credit card, & to donate. I saw something by the doorway as an impulse buy and turned back around to purchase that for $20. She had her back to the wall behind the checkout counter with her hands folded in front of her and after waiting too long to even acknowledge me, she told me I had to wait for someone else to check me out. There were no other customers and she wasn’t busy doing anything while I waited for another cashier. She did not offer an explanation as to why she could not check me out. When the cashier Beatriz came to check me out (she was friendly) she and a third employee asked Marietta why she called for someone else and Marietta pointed to a customer nearby that wasn’t even ready to check out. I left the store frustrated."
