"Overall the experience was pretty good. The only issue was with the checkout line. There was an employee who was with a customer and needed help with register, so the manager came to help her. The issue was taking a while to solve and I saw another employee standing behind the two trying to solve the issue. She did her best to avoid eye contact with me while she was leaning against the counter. After about 3 minutes, I finally got her to look at me and she knew I wanted to know if she was open on her lane. Before I got a word out, she quickly shook her head no and went back to learning against the counter with no customers in her line."
