"The sales associate this time (Pearl) was very unattentive and not at all friendly. When I was in the line waiting to come up (the only person in line), it took her awhile to stop messing with a tagging gun and actually call me up. Throughout the checkout, not only did she barely look at me if at all, she didn't greet me, didn't speak to me beyond asking if I wanted to apply for a store card or make a donation, and she kept fiddling with the tagging gun the whole time. She was even fiddling with the tagging gun while I was waiting for my receipt, and still not looking at me or speaking to me. She didn't greet me when I walked in (even though I heard her greet other customers), and didn't seem interested at all."

"I appreciate the quality of the merchandise and in most cases the pricing as well. Not a fan of the slow checkout. The checkouts have been understaffed during my last 3 visits. One to two open checkouts with 20 people in the queue is unacceptable."
