"Usually I am very happy with my shopping experiences at Gordmans, but on todays visit I have to give a low score on my shopping experience. The reason is because while I was looking at a mirrored chest that I fell in love with and was exactly what I was looking for, two of my fingers were cut because part of the mirror on the chests leg was broken I was unaware that it was broken and when I ran my hand over it thinking it was just an imperfection in the mirror my fingers were cut. The store associates were very helpful and took me into the bathroom to clean up my cuts and put bandages on my fingers which I really appreciated because I was bleeding profusely. I think both they and I were shocked that I was bleeding so badly. But they took care of me and the bleeding stopped and then gave me 50% off of the chest. So even though I was happy about the discount, and love my new chest, I have to give a low score to the overall experience because of the injury."
