"This is the only time I've felt like I wasn't wanted there. There were two associates just talking on the sales floor. I didn't even get close to approaching them and they both looked at me then started whispering. The dressing rooms were a total nightmare. I didn't even want to go in there and wouldn't have if I knew 100% the clothes were going to fit properly. The cashier seemed more worried about signing me up for a credit card than anything else as well."

"Im surprised this store is still open. There is no area in the store that is neat and clean and/or pleasing to the eye. Boxes and product everywhere and the women restroom is nasty. There was one associate that rung up my items that was friendly. The Assoc ID says Trista on my receipt. I had several associates either ignore me or look at me and keep walking by. As I was waiting to check out, one associate was cleaning out the expired pop, one bottle at a time. There were two others standing in front of the first register. One was working on jewelry and the other I'm not sure what she was doing. Not one of them smiled, said hi, or even acknowledged me. HORRIBLE GUEST SERVICE!"

"I had 4 items all taken from a buy one get one free clearance rack. The entire rack was filled with like items, but none of my items were clearance and the cashier cared not at all. She was so busy gossiping with a coworker that she put one of the deleted items in my bag and didn't even give me my total. She made zero effort to correct my situation or prevent it from happening to someone else."
