"On my first trip to Gordman's 9/29/19 at checkout I asked the young lady if the store was closing down because it was in such disarray. She stated no and that the store has received multiple complaints about the condition of the store and they were attempting to get it back in order. However, I thought it was odd she informed me of such a situation. Once I got home and looked in my back of purchased items I noticed two items were missing, both costing 14.99. I called the store immediately and informed them of the situation. It was explained to me that I could not get a refund over the phone (understandable) or I could just come and pick up the items, which would be left for me. However, this was now turning into an inconvenience and another out of the way trip to return to the store. The associate never even apologized for the inconvenience. I called back the next day to inform the staff that I was not able to come back and again if it was possible to do a refund over the phone. This associate I was now speaking with stated that the items were no where to be found and that the day shift must have put them away, even though there was suppose to be documentation about the issue. I was informed that I would still receive a full refund and 15% of my next purchase and a note about the situation would be left with my name and number.On 10/1/2019 at approximately 6:30 p.m. I was able to make it back to the store in order to get my refund. I went straight to the check out lane and waited while I witnessed three associates carry on with their conversation while I stood there waiting. Again, I was met with complications. I waited for a period of time for the associate to locate the note that was left about the situation. During my wait I witness multiple staff walking around with head phones on and playing on their phones while customers were at the check out lanes. I was sorely disappointed in the lack of management and professionalism at this establishme"
"I enjoy shopping at Gordmans. The staff is always there to greet me when I enter and if I do ever need help they will stop what they are doing to assist."

"I love the store..it is my favorite shopping place! I'm February of this year my son & his family were visiting from San Diego..I took my daughter-in-law & granddaughter(she 13) the store since they do no have one, they loved it!! The next day we took the guys..my son & grandson(age 14)..they also loved it!!! They all found items they loved & loved the prices. They probably spent like $300 in 2 days!"

"I found some leggings I really liked and tons of bath products for .99c that I plan on making a gift basket out of. It’s usually impossible to find cheap trinkets like that for gifts. I saw they now have NYC cosmetics which hurts because I don’t purchase them anymore (moral reasons) but ugh I like it so much so now I’m being taunted haha"
