"I was greeted by many associates during my visit from the time I entered the store to the time I checked out. Every worker had a smile on their face even though they were extremely busy and appeared to be short staffed. I appreciate the enthusiasm you feel as you are talked to by the workers. The gal who checked me out, Angie, was very high spirited & definitely made sure the customers in front of me and myself were made to feel like we were family to the store. That’s important to me. With holiday time coming around the corner, you see a lot of the workers at retail stores especially start to act like the grinch because of all the chaos but not at Gordmans! I love this store but I wish they didn’t have to ask me every single time I came in if I want a store credit card. I feel like that shouldn’t be pushed on me with every single purchase I make considering I come here often, I will let them know if I change my mind. It makes the checkout process longer in my opinion."
