"Today was my worse experience with Gordmans. I had a gift card with the amount of $3.65 left of it. Emily at customer service had to call Gordmans customer service to confirm this amount. I stood there for over 30 minuts while she waited on the phone to no avail. No one ever answered!!!! She did not seem to care. I said can't a manager do something and the manager said NO. She did not care either. I use to be a faithful customer and I have a rewards card membership. Todays experience made me never want to deal with Gordmans customer service again nor shop there."

"Overall shopping experience was good! 2 things that I would correct asap. There was an odor coming from the bathrooms that was obvious from the toy isles and the check out line. The line was roped in, the rope was too close so that I couldn't push my cart behind the person checking out at the next register. I had to either wait until they were done, or dive under the rope. Two easy fixes! Otherwise, a good shopping experience! I will be coming back to complete my holiday shopping needs!"

"I love going to Gordmans. I do not go very often, but when I do, I am very satisfied. But today, the associate who checked me out was very pushy about the Gordmans credit card. When I declined, she was very persistent about how much better it would have been if I had one. That is really my only complaint. I felt a little uncomfortable after I left."
