"Came to use my ten dollar gcard/points she took the card threw away with out applying it When I went back in to point it out she refused to do it unless I went back out to my car to retrieve products. I had the detailed receipt that was plenty since only five minutes is that went by. Unacceptable."

"My kids had a pajama party for school so for last minute shopping to make sure they were warm and school appropriate I stopped in to gordmans and went to the clearance rack there was racks advertised for 3.99 I found a toddler pajama set and then made my way to the girls went to the 3.99 rack and grabbed one for my daughter. There were multiple outfits of the same on the racks, separated by size, when I got to the register the toddler outfit did not have a bar code and she had to call for another associate to get the numbers for her. She had to obviously go to the clearance rack to get those numbers, and when I told that associate they were both on clearance and not ringing up that way she was not open to finding a solution. I am not sure what the policy is but most places would have honored that price especially since they seen multiple outfits on the clearance rack. Her solution to this was “someone might of accidentally put them there” and gave me my receipt."
