"The store definitely needs a MAJOR MAKEOVER. The store does not have nearly the inventory it should have to make shopping there a satisfactory experience. I did not see ONE associate until I went to check out. There was one associate checking out when I was in line with 4 customers ahead off me. Another associate (Maida) sauntered up & had about as much enthusiasm and customer service as the empty shelves in the store. The bathrooms need attention and need a makeover too."

"I’m highly upset about this shopping excursion. No one was nice or friendly, the store was a mess for what little stuff was inside. The only one who was nice to me was the guy who told me to “have a good day” on my way OUT of the store. Products were open all around the store/ looked used. I was very displeased.
