"I love Gordmans I have been a shopper for many years! I'm so glad it didn't close a couple years ago like rumored. Although, the associates are not all very friendly. I understand everyone has bad days. But those are the ones who ruin the experiences for customers and make them not want to return. Although, the associates weren't very friendly I love the prices and items at Gordmans and won't let some bad associate ruin my favorite store."

"No one is ever available to help and they are never very friendly. They always only have 1 checkout open and its the customer service desk. (which does returns and check out) so it gets very crowded and backed up. I waited in line for over 5 mins and last time it was close to 10. I have seen people put things back and leave because the line was so long."

"Just remember...if you don't act like you want them in your store then most likely they won't come back if you act like a mean person or snotty person when you say anything to the customer. Retail is not easy but it is your job. Make people feel special, they will remember it and want to come back because you made them feel good. They again are your bread and butter. Without them you don't have a job."
