"Usually the associates are okay. The one I had last night was rude and arrogant. I purchased two larger gift bags and he asked if it would be okay to put all my items in them, I said no as I did not want them used yet. He sighed as though annoyed, ended up double charging me, looked irritated that I asked him to wrap the glass candles I purchased before placing them in a bag so they wouldn't bang against each other and then never said thank you or anything at the end of the transaction. Shopping during the holidays is stressful enough and then to have rude associates it just makes a bad day even worse."
