"My cashier at the service desk was friendly but after waiting for over 5 minutes to return a simple item another lady approached me and rudely asked what I needed. I told her I had a return. She told me that I had to go and wait in the line to be checked out like the other customers with puchases. I told her I only had a return. She told me I needed to follow the rules. Her name was Dana and was very rude. I think you should not have her work with the public and also go over store rules with her. Why would I go through the checkout line for a return? All they would tell me to do is to go to the service desk where I was already standing for over 5 minutes. Not impressed with her or her attitude towards me."
