"I was disappointed with my shopping experience. I usually am able to find what I need, but there was not a lot of variety and the home goods sections were very disorganized and messy. I was greeted by the cashier closest to the door when I walked in, but the few other team members I saw did not acknowledge me. The cashier wasn't very friendly either."

"Terrible experience! I chose several items of clothing from racks in the women's plus section that said, All Clearance 3.99. When I paid for them, some ended up to be full price. I didn't notice until later, so returned to have the prices adjusted. The manager simply told me that, Sometimes people put their regular items on the sale racks. I understand that, but this was SIX items from THREE different racks, and a few of the items had several more on the same clearance rack that I'd gotten them from. I explained this, and he shrugged and said, I'll have to check it out. Never apologized, and did not go check the racks (I was in the store for about 10 min after I talked to him and watched him only wander around the men's dept). The poor teenage boy helping me didn't know what to do, but I remained calm and simply returned the items in question."
