"I ordered a desk shell, 2 rolling pedestal cabinets and a large file cabinet for $1000, which seemed to be a fair price for a fully assembled office setup. I have a bad back so I checked the website for "Assembly Required" and couldn't find anything, and I called them to make sure everything was assembled and they confirmed that everything was pre- assembled. The order was received in a timely manner, however, the desk was not assembled and with heavy pieces, and the delivery person was only one guy, so I had to help him deliver the items from his truck to the second floor. Once I took the items out of the box, which I was told was going to be done by the delivery company, I noticed the back of the file cabinet was broken and damaged. Problem is, I just sold my company and need an office to continue my work, and cannot afford the time to send this thing back and wait for a replacement. So NO, I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE AT ALL! Would I recommend them to anyone else, most likely not. "
