"I like the products and the prices but noticed that the packaging is so poor. Not sure if these are supplies sitting on the shelf for ages or the packers just throw everything in the box. The paper clip boxes sometimes are broken and clips scatter as well as staples etc. other than the getting the delivery all messy its a good place for supplies."

I was going t return it, and they did everything to help with that. Then I found a solution that will work so I cancelled the return. I really, really appreciate them working with me because it would have been a real problem if I was stuck with them as they were.
