"I wish there was an option for NO STARS & Worst Online Retailer in the ratings. This retailer is definitely not the one I would ever, I mean ever ever buy anything from or recommend anyone to even consider it. I purchased a Network Powerline A/V kit, which at the time of check out stated it, is available and will be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 days. I was sort of in a rush to get this since I had to mount it in my media closet before I close the rack with cover. 6 days came and went by, I didn’t' get any updates from the seller. I delayed my project for this in hopes of receiving it anytime now. Then 2 1/2 weeks later I received an email from GOV Group saying "YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED AND REFUNDED. THE PRODUCT REQUESTED IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY HAVE CAUSED".
I wasted all this time to find out this product is not even available from this company, yet it is still published online for purchase. So I ended up buying it from local retailer for the regular price and finished my project. Although I still have not been refunded my money back, I have called 3 times to their "so called" customer service to find out the status on the refund. First time I was told it is in the process and will be issued shortly; then second time they said it was being issued as im speaking to them and I was even given a confirmation number and told to wait 48 hrs for it to come back to the credit card. Which never happened and the third time their finance department was out of office so they will call me back, if I leave a good number to reach me at. Needless to say no one called me yet.
Until right now (08/11/2011) as im typing and looking at my credit card statement, I do not see any sign or indication of refund from this company. I'm going to give 1 more day till I call my credit card company and cancel the transaction and also report GOV Group aka Crook Group to BBB and Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Consumer Protection for deceptive, or fraudulent practices in the marketplace.

"Worst Website Ever!!! Ordered a cooler scooter beginning of June. The item said "IN STOCK" on the website. They charged my credit card right away of course, then I received an email stating my item would ship by June 29th. 2 weeks went by after the 29th deadline with no email or call. I called cust service the first time, with the service rep stating no one was in the warehouse but they would call me back later that day.
Needless to say no one called me. I called again the next day, a different person stated the same thing. They finally called me back later that day stating the item should ship the next week. Well the next week went by, still no shipment. I proceeded to call again, got another bs excuse, again stating it will ship the next week. It's now the 25th of July, still no shipment, same BS excuse from them.
It's one thing for the website to say the item was in stock. It's another thing to charge my credit card right away even though the item will not ship for months.
Whoever manages this site should be fired. Hopefully they do not reproduce because if they do the world will be dumber. I condemn govgroup.com and the people that run it."
"I ordered matching pieces to my high end office furniture from this site www.GovGroup.com. Not only did I receive at a price lower than any other website or retail store, it was also shipped within a week. It was slightly damaged by the shipper when it arrived. But they took it back and shipped a replacement with just one phone call to their customer service department. They even followed up with an email to tell me it was on its way. Good customer service is rare these days. But my experience was fantastic and I am buying another piece from them today. Thank you Ron! You and your company are first class!

"I would not order from GovGroup again because the item I ordered was defective and although GovGroup was helpful in coordinating an exchange with the manufacturer, the manufacturer required me to pay shipping to return the defective item. In fact, I've had to return TWO defective items to the manufacturer at my own cost, as the first replacement item was also defective."
