"I am not happy at all with a company that crafts a website and a business name intended to deceive customers into thinking it is a streamlined site owned and operated by the government (I now they have the disclaimers in the fine print, but by observation, it is clear they want you to think they are affiliated with the federal government) and charges a fee, and not a small fee, to regurgitate the information entered by the customer into the online forms on the IRS site.
I tried for nearly two hours, spoke to three separate individuals within the company, requesting a refund and expressing my dissatisfaction. Their response was simply, though more elaborately expressed, "we have your money, sorry, we can't help you."
I would never use their service again. I would keep my money and go directly to the IRS for my EIN number."
"I put my order in. When I got the form I was told it was incorrect so I tried to have it corrected. I contacted the company they did call me but I explained that I am deaf and could not use the phone but I followed up with an email to make the changes. I never heard back. I had to go someplace else to get a valid number. I really should be getting my money back

Instead I received a new EIN number. So, now I have 2 EIN numbers for one Trust.
This caused problems with the IrS and I had to contact them myself to clear it up.
