The feedback mechanism showing application progress being completed successfully with each form entry was a new and positive experience for me. The only confusion I received was the pricing; why 3 different prices for what seems to be the same service? I received my EIN number withing 3 minutes, but only paid for next day. I guess I should have paid for 3 day delivery, as that would have been cheaper for the same result?"

"The EIN number was very easy and quick to obtain, however, I was surprised at the amount of money it cost. It used to be free when we ordered them over the phone. With that being said, I am requesting a paper receipt for my records to file along with the inventory. There are people who don't believe I paid $129.00 for the EIN and I need proof.
