Their system says they tried to deliver to me Friday 16 September and that no-one was in and a card should have been left. In fact I was in all day, no-one from Fedex came, no card is here. I communicated online with Fedex and was told sorry, our error, give us your number and a supervisor will call to explain. I said no worry just tell me when it will be delivered, they did not answer that just said again a supervisor will call. That was at 6pm yesterday, now just over 24 hours ago, still no call, still no idea when my delivery will arrive."
