"I am very disappointing with Gowristbands. They promised to deliver something by a specific date, which I paid a large extra amount to confirm. They didn't deliver on time and in fact they were 5 days late!I am extremely disappointed with their service, the complete lack of customer care and their failure to meet their promises - I have paid a large amount to make sure the order was delivered on time and could have paid more just to ensure this. I am not usually a difficult customer but I have had to be very straight talking when dealing with them because I have been talked over by your staff, been promised things that did not happen and generally been made to feel as if I was a nuisance to them."
