"I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews for Grab a Gun. I placed an order yesterday morning around 10am eastern time. My local FFL dealer contacted me at 1 PM with news that my Canik TP9SFX with Vortex Viper red dot was already in! Not only did they provide me with the lowest price I could find. Only $7 for shipping and got an overnight shipment! Wveryone needs to understand that Grab a Gun is a computer based company with ZERO warehouse space. They find the best deals online and provide us with those deals. I will 10000000000000% order with them again! Thank you for a great buying experience!"

"Everything was good until delivery, Fed Ex claimed that item could not be delivered because no one was available to sign on 6/17/21 at 9:30am.
This is not true, my wife was at home prepared to sign and accept delivery sitting near the front door with our two dogs. Fed Ex never came onto our property but posted that they could not deliver package due to no one available to sign.
I made arrangements to pick up my package at a nearby WalGreens store at which time the box of ammunition I ordered had been torn open along the top and the box looked as though it had been through hell. Then Fed Ex posted that the package was delivered to my house!
I like Grab A Gun but will never order again if Fed Ex will be handling the shipping.

I had never ordered from Grabagun before and was unsure of what to expect due to mixed reviews. Both gun and magazine were shipped on Monday, June 14th, on THE VERY FIRST business day after I ordered. The firearm is already in the hands of my FFL, IN LESS THAN 2 full business days after placing my order. In these days of companies blaming shipping delays on covid, this is an outstanding way to conduct business. My hats off to you, Grabagun, and I will be back ... of that I am sure."

“This complaint is more directed toward the manufacturer who created the gun and mounted the optic. GrabAGun is merely a retailer of their product. We get brand new firearms on pallets from manufacturers/distrubutors and we ship them out to customers. We do not mount optics. We do not open manufacturer packaging to inspect a manufacturer's quality any more than Amazon opens Lego boxes to make sure all the pieces are there and fit together. If Mr. Avallone really wanted to help others, this review should be reposted as a 1-star review for the manufacturer/product not against the company who merely sold their item. ”

The descriptions are adequate, the prices are comparable with other websites, and you can purchase with a quickness. I found the ordering process to be easy enough, no issues at all. They have a large selection of items to chose from, like many websites right now, they are sometimes out of stock. Wait for a notification and order when it is back in stock."

“We shipped this magazine on 6/12 via USPS 92748999955380553024208080. It currently shows as being en route to you. Obviously we have no control over the tracking messages that USPS uses. We also have zero control over them taking too long to deliver a package or even losing a package. I see you just sent our customer service an email saying you have not received your package (at the exact same time you left us a bad review?).
Why leave us a bad review because you don't like USPS's messaging? Why not wait for us to respond to your email with how we can help? It would be more appropriate to leave USPS a 1 star review and wait for us to respond to your email. Judge us on how we respond to issues we're made aware of - not on how much you like USPS's messaging.
