"Sent me a rifle with a crooked optic mount. Not sure who the moron is who installed this mount crooked but he's still not a big a moron as the one who put it in a box and sent it to a customer."

This complaint is more directed toward the manufacturer who created the gun and mounted the optic. GrabAGun is merely a retailer of their product. We get brand new firearms on pallets from manufacturers/distrubutors and we ship them out to customers. We do not mount optics. We do not open manufacturer packaging to inspect a manufacturer's quality any more than Amazon opens Lego boxes to make sure all the pieces are there and fit together. If Mr. Avallone really wanted to help others, this review should be reposted as a 1-star review for the manufacturer/product not against the company who merely sold their item.
