My local FFL dealer contacted me at 1 PM with news that my Canik TP9SFX with Vortex Viper red dot was already in! Not only did they provide me with the lowest price I could find. Only $7 for shipping and got an overnight shipment! Wveryone needs to understand that Grab a Gun is a computer based company with ZERO warehouse space. They find the best deals online and provide us with those deals. I will 10000000000000% order with them again! Thank you for a great buying experience!"
"I ordered 3 of the 702 25 round magazines for my Rossi, and am pleased with the results. Patients is needed and a drop of oil on the follower to load and use the loader that comes with it and a lite tap may also be needed as they can be hard to load. they come with directions and if you follow them, then good to go!!

"I have four S&W handgun and their reputation for themselves. This is my first handgun bought online, and I was looking forward to it. I received this gun today with a black trigger, black hammer, and there was black build up along the inside of barrel. this gun is terrible. it seems used and not new at all. I will never buy from them again. I had to scub this gun down straight out of the box, and it still looks bad. "
“GrabAGun only sells new firearms that are directly sourced from manufacturers or their distributors. In fact, the firearm on this order was still in transit to us from the Smith distributor when the order was placed. We shipped it out a day later when it arrived in our warehouse. It was literally only in our possession for a few hours. That being said, we give all customers the opportunity to fully inspect their firearm in person at their FFL before taking transfer. If there is ever a problem, don't take the gun home. Instead, let us know and we will gladly swap it with a different unit or issue a full refund with no questions asked. Once a firearm is taken home, issues must be resolved through manufacture warranty programs. Again, if you notice a problem at your FFL, please please let us know before taking transfer.

"Ordered an AK pattern firearm from this dealer to be shipped to a FFL in New York State. This dealer has shipped an AR-15 to me in the past with no issue. Dealer charged my card for the order, strung me along for 2 weeks when I asked why it hadn’t shipped (first it was lost in transit, then it was received damaged and had to be reordered), and then when it finally came in they decided they couldn’t ship it to NYS at all. Refund will take over 1 week. Their policy does NOT state that they will not ship AK/AR pattern firearms to NYS. It only states that they cannot ship ammo to NYS.
Their procurement department is completely unorganized and their customer reps - Tom and Ed in particular - are uninformed and unhelpful. Take your business elsewhere. "
“The reviewer attempted to purchase a firearm that is not legal for him to own in his state. In our terms and conditions we specifically state "it is the customer's responsibility to check local laws prior to placing an order". We are typically able to figure out and address legal issues like this sooner than we did in his case (and for that we apologize), but the fact is the reviewer went against our terms and conditions and purchased an item that he was never going to able able to take ownership of. We are always working on ways to streamline the various state, county, and even zip code restrictions to assist customer's that are confused about their own laws, but its not always an easy task. Buying things you aren't allowed to own can cause delays and frustration for everyone. ”
"First rifle was damaged at the factory I assume, as the box was undamaged, but the plastic bag was ripped and a rather large section of the barrel had been scraped down to bare metal. Sent pics of the damage and GAG was glad to take it back and would send a replacement. Took 3 days to ship the first rifle and another 3 days AFTER getting the rejected rifle back in their shop. If they had bothered to inspect the rifle the first time, I would not have been out 2 weeks waiting on a rifle and they would have saved their expense of having to have it shipped back to them. Not the greatest for my first experience with them. In retrospect, they should have told me that I would have got the replacement faster to just get a refund on the first and immediately order a second one. Especially since I told him I wanted it as quickly as possible to set it up for my daughter to hunt deer with this year."
