"Some of my products were on backorder, but I never received a phone call or email about it. I received a notice that my credit card could not be processed even though it had been charged anyways. I finally called to find out what was going on and that is when I was told that what I had ordered was no longer available. I was able to switch the design while on the phone and I am happy with that design. The problem is by the time I was actually able to get ahold of someone, it was too later to use what I order as a gift like I had originally intended. I don't know if I would order anything else in the future and wish I could return the gift items that I now have no use for. "

"I ordered Itzy Ritzy Snack Happened 7 inch x 7 inch bags. They arrived quickly and in good condition. I purchased a multi pack so the price was slightly discounted from individual pricing. The price seemed steep at purchase, for the number of items I was getting, but I reminded myself of the long term use. Italy Ritzy bags are reusable, and machine washable--a huge selling point for me! I love the zipper closure-so easy for my kids to open and close. There is a water resistant lining so if jelly leaks off of my son's sandwich it is contained just like in a disposable plastic bag."
