The next day I got an email that my order was ready to be shipped and it even arrived a day ahead of the estimated time. Everything is just as it appeared on the website, neatly packaged too. My 11 and 5 year old daughters both love the bags. (Not uncool for the middle schooler with all the great patterns) We got the reusable snack and everything bags and the same in the mini size. Both hold a lot and are so easy to clean. I machine washed them the first time and once a week. Otherwise I just rinse them out and leave them in the dish drain to dry. We are an Eco-friendly family that was using reusable containers to pack all of our lunches but they took up too much room in our lunch bags. It's so nice to use the Itzy Ritzy bags and be able to fit everything in our lunch bags! "
