The gentleman who picked up the phone was very knowledgeable about the product and the store’s inventory and also provided me with details about their shipping process. Satisfied, I hung up and placed the order online and received a shipment confirmation within 30 minutes. My parents called me the the next afternoon to tell me the item had been delivered! I was seriously shocked when they told me it was there. The store is well over a six hour drive from their home yet it was delivered in less than 24hrs. I can’t attest that this is a common occurrence, but I was extremely impressed. "
