"The prices were great, but my package got lost in the mail and 16 days later they still can't help me by making sure I get my products I ordered. They should have to fight the battle with the shipping company they chose to use and send me a refund at the least. When you call customer support, nobody is willing to help with anything. I'm not usually a nagger but enough is enough. "
