Although the product arrived with a slight mistake, (they sent me the battery only), I contacted them and they sent out the replacement. I asked if they wanted me to ship the spare battery back to them; they told me to keep it!

Your webpage says I can download a part listing by serial number. When entered that page would not come up. On the upside when I click on the part in Google, your page did indicate it covered by my model number"
