I opened the packaging and discovered the 18v battery didn't fit. Great Lakes refuses to exchange the light because I opened the package. I found the same light brand new on eBay for $10 less and free shipping. Great Lakes charged me $12.95 shipping. Poor customer service, high prices and shipping expensive. "
