The only bad part of my experience was with the return I had to make, they not only charge a 15% restocking fee but they charge you for the free shipping when they sent it to you plus having to pay to ship it back to them, so if you bought a cordless drill for $150.00 and return it you only get 127.50 -11.31×2 for shipping both ways =$104.88 so you just spent $50. For nothing so it's almost cheaper to just keep the item, then send it back at least you'll have the tool or whatever you bought. "
